Summary: You couldn't ask for a better host and hostess than Doug & Mary. We keep coming back to their corner of the world because it's the best! 10/10 highly recommend! Beautiful condo with everything you need. Comfortable, homey, up to date. Excellent location, on the beach, close to pier, farmers market, walking distance to local restaurants and very short drive to historic district. We didn't want to leave. But, we'll be back. Thanks for everything!

Summary: We had an excellent stay here for our son’s first beach trip! The condo was exactly as listed and the property was wonderful. This is our 3rd time staying at Pier Point south, but first at this property. We love it and will definitely be back to this condo!

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. Everything very updated and modern. Beds are super comfy. Plenty of towels and blankets in the condo. Location is fabulous! Ice cream pizza and donuts next door. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Also a circle k in walking distance. Through the pool and out a short side walk and you’re on the sand. Perfect walk to the beach. Pool is great. Plenty of chairs and tables. Honestly I think the condo was even better in person than what the pictures show. So so happy with it. Would absolutely stay again! Owners were easily reached for any questions. Can’t say enough how please I am with our stay!! 15 out of 10! 5 stars

Summary: Loved our stay and plan to return! The location is perfect and within walking distance to many of our favorite places, not to mention easy easy stroll to the beach without leaving the property! Very quiet and relaxing as well!
